1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using DR WEB's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
DR WEB provides web and mobile application development services, including but not limited to:
- Custom software development
- UI/UX design services
- Mobile application development
- Web application development
- Technical consultation and support
3. Project Scope and Changes
All projects are executed based on agreed-upon scope and specifications. Any changes to the project scope must be mutually agreed upon in writing and may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are established for each project individually and specified in the project agreement. Generally:
- Initial deposit is required to begin work
- Milestone payments may be required for larger projects
- Final payment is due upon project completion
- Late payments may incur additional fees
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom work created specifically for your project becomes your property. Pre-existing code, frameworks, and tools remain the property of their respective owners. DR WEB retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
6. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of your business information and will not disclose any proprietary information to third parties without your consent.
7. Warranties and Limitations
We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner. However, we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
